Chef Lee enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu's Patisserie & Baking Program on his birthday in 2009 after 23 years in the automotive industry. Deciding that it was time to pursue his real passion in life his culinary journey began.  


He interned at Bouchon in the Venetian and graduated with highest honors in the summer of 2010. Lee went on to work for the Cake Boss himself, Buddy Valastro, at Carlo's Bake Shop as well as Giada DeLaurentiis at her flagship Giada restaurant in Las Vegas before opening his very own Hunk-A-Love Bakery in 2015.  


Chef Lee puts love into everything he makes and together with his lovely wife Ilene they are out to spread the love to all of Las Vegas offering something for everyone. Along with his traditional menu, Chef Lee makes incredible Vegan, Keto, Sugar-Free and Gluten-Free treats as well.
